Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your planned departure date and have a minimum of 2 blank pages. Some countries may require longer validity.
Most countries require a biometric photo with a white background, taken within the last 6 months, sized 35x45 mm. Use our Visa Photo Generator tool to prepare your photo to the required standards.
In the relevant step of the application form, you can upload your documents in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Maximum file size is 5 MB per document. Documents are stored securely on our encrypted servers.

If a visa is rejected, the government/embassy fee is not refunded; however, the HC-Visa service fee is fully refunded. If the guaranteed period is exceeded, the entire fee is refunded.
Standard processing time is 1-5 business days depending on the country. For countries with Express option, you can get results in 24-48 hours. See the guaranteed delivery date on the country detail page.
After applying, you are given a tracking number. Enter this number on the /visa/track page to see real-time status. You can also activate email notifications.
If your visa arrives incorrect or incomplete, write to support@hotelchick.com or reach us at visa@hotelchick.com. Our 24/7 support team will respond as soon as possible.
You can cancel before the application is forwarded to the authority. For cancellations write to visa@hotelchick.com. Government fees are generally non-refundable; service fee refund depends on the cancellation status.
Yes. With our group application option you can apply for your family or group of friends in one go. Separate documents must be uploaded for each person.
In case of visa rejection, HC-Visa will fully refund the service fee. Government and embassy fees may not be refunded depending on country policies.
The "guaranteed delivery" period we announce for each country is the maximum number of business days from receipt of your complete application. If this is exceeded, a full refund is issued.
